Requirements

Develop a plan to support aGILE’s growth by identifying strategic opportunities that address one or more of the following areas:

1. Formulate an actionable growth plan for the next three to five years based on aGILE’s strategy, Oxfam's current and future realities, and the external world, including the development and humanitarian sector's trends, innovation, and philanthropic landscape.

2. Identify and initiate corporate and philanthropic partnerships that could add complementary capabilities and financial and material resources to support aGILE’s growth and impact.

3. Develop marketing plans with key narratives, such as aGILE’s identity, unique value adds, and main differentiators, to enable external positioning and visibility.

All submissions must be cost-effective and actionable solutions aGILE can readily implement. In each area, you should consider how aGILE can rely less on donor funding to become more financially self-sustaining and support innovation across Oxfam and its regional partners.
